About Us
Ocean Property Consultants
In 2003, we purchased a property in Spain using a large company. We were extremely disappointed with the level of service, unanswered faxes, telephone calls, emails, broken promises, etc. Which we endured over a 12 month period.
I thought this was totally unacceptable and decided to investigate the industry to see whether this was a unique experience. Unfortunately it was not, so I decided to do something constructive and carried out further research.
In 2004 Ocean Property Consultants was formed , offering complete peace of mind in this potential minefield, helping people realise the opportunity of owning a home or investment property in Spain, with a professional and refreshingly friendly and genuinely helpful approach.
We do not ship people in and out of Spain on a numbers basis, we investigate all of our clients requirements thoroughly before they embark on an inspection tour.
Think hard before choosing your inspection tour, making sure you receive the One to One service we provide as standard at Ocean Property Consultants!
Hopefully we will see you soon!

One local couple, Chris and Gina Wright, bought a three bedroom townhouse, with communal pool in Playa Paraiso on Spain's Costa Calida last summer.
"We had been going there and various places for many years." Chris said "it is now probably five years before I retire and I had been buying property in the UK to rent or renovate, and I thought I should look at buying out there."
Chris and Gina travelled across to Spain in their motor home, stayed at a camp site and began their property hunt.
"We had taken our bikes and had a ride around the area." he said "We decided to stop at a bar for a drink, and got chatting to the people there. We told them what we were doing, and they put us in touch with a guy called Mark Lawson from Ocean Property Consultants."
"From there it was all quite easy. He took away all the problems."
"The house is in a lovely location close to the beach. It is very pretty and benefits from lovely neighbours, both English and Spanish."
