On arrival in Spain you will be met by a member of staff at the airport, they will then transport you in an air-conditioned vehicle to your accommodation. Once you have settled into your accommodation we will then sit down and review your property profile. If time permits and you are willing we can view one or two properties.
You will be met at 9:30am, we will then view areas and properties which meet with your criteria. At about 2:00pm we can then stop for lunch and discuss the days events so far. We can then recommence viewing at 4:30pm.
Again at 9:30am you will be collected and shown more areas and properties which meet with your criteria. At the end of the day we will review all of the properties and areas visited and consider taking a second look at properties you have already viewed.
If you have found your Spanish property, today is the time to; reserve the property with a €3000 deposit, agree payment terms & sign contracts, open a bank account, arrange the mortgage, meet solicitor and apply for your NIE numbers.
Check out of your accommodation, attend to any matters outstanding and then you will be driven back to the airport.
